The Challenge:
To celebrate 90 years of service, Lamendola’s wanted a digital moment big enough to honor four generations of community history. While their previous social media content had steady engagement, this milestone required something bigger and louder.
The challenge was to create a modern Social Media Campaign Strategy that captured the local pride Lamendola’s stands for. Anselmo Lane stepped in to transform their digital presence into a storytelling engine, painting a vivid picture of the store’s history, people, and heart.

We developed a multi-layered campaign built around elements that we know work best to drive engagement: vibrant video content, standout in-store personalities, real-time event coverage, and highly shareable, community-rooted posts.
By prioritizing personality-driven video content, we reached audiences on a much larger scale than static posts alone. Our team managed a full series of in-store features, recipe clips, and “throwback” legacy content that invited the community to share their own memories. To convert this digital excitement into action, we utilized strategic giveaways and real-time “live” coverage during the anniversary event, capturing the authentic energy of the celebration as it happened.
The Result: A Record-Setting Community Response
The campaign didn’t just celebrate the past; it activated the community and achieved Lamendola’s strongest stretch of engagement all year.
Massive Visibility: The campaign generated 315,041 total views, a 189.6% increase over the previous period.
High-Impact Video: Multiple videos topped 25,000+ views, with top-performing content seeing 200–300+ interactions per post.
Community Growth: The strategy drove a surge in new followers and secured 159 Facebook event RSVPs, with 28% coming from people not previously following the page.
